Privacy Policy
AdTill is a product of Metaisle, Inc. ("Metaisle", "we"). This policy explains what information AdTill collects, how we use it, and the choices you have.
What we collect
- Account information: your name and email address when you sign up for AdTill.
- Ad platform connections: when you connect Meta, Google Ads or TikTok, we receive access tokens that let AdTill act on the ad accounts you authorize.
- Advertising data: for the ad accounts you connect, the account, campaign, ad set / ad group and ad details, and performance reports (such as spend, impressions, clicks and conversions).
- Change history: the changes AdTill proposes, whether you approved them, and the result.
How we use it
- To show you how your campaigns are performing and suggest changes.
- To make the changes you approve. AdTill does not change your ad accounts without your approval.
- To operate, secure and support the service.
We do not sell your information, and we do not use your advertising data to serve other customers or for our own advertising.
Who we share it with
- The ad platforms you connect (Meta, Google, TikTok), when carrying out actions you approve.
- Service providers that run AdTill for us, such as hosting providers and AI model providers that process campaign data to generate suggestions. They may use it only to provide their service to us.
- Legal reasons: if required by law or to protect rights and safety.
Google user data
AdTill's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We use Google Ads data only to provide AdTill's features to you.
Retention and deletion
We keep your data while your account is active. When you disconnect an ad platform, we delete the access tokens and the advertising data we stored for that connection. You can ask us to delete your account and all associated data at any time. See Data deletion.
Your choices
- Disconnect any ad platform in AdTill, or revoke AdTill's access in that platform's settings.
- Ask for a copy of your data, or for corrections or deletion, by emailing info@metaisle.com.
Children
AdTill is a business tool and is not intended for anyone under 18.
Changes
We will post any changes to this policy on this page and update the date above.
